On Thursday, November 8th, we will be celebrating the annual Bring Your Own Bottle Night at 19:00 on the 31st floor of the Hilton Hotel Izmir overlooking the entire Aegean Sea. This hotel is a 2 minute walk from the official conference hotel, the Swissotel, just to keep things convenient.
This unofficial EWBC event is a very relaxed and informal opportunity to network with a bottle of your favorite wine in hand. This bottle can be of personal significance to you or simply be an interesting wine you sourced locally.
As an event outside of the EWBC schedule, the dinner costs 28 euros per person, which covers the meal, space, corkage and tip. Below, you will find a means to pay for the event. We are choosing this route to make everyone’s life a little easier, including our own, but please remember to bring your printed ticket once you register, as you cannot pay at the door.
