For those of you not familiar with Aldea, it is a brand new restaurant in the heart of NYC featuring innovative, haute Portuguese cuisine with a twist, such as (according to Ryan Sutton’s recent 3-star review in Bloomberg.com) “garlic foams, chocolate gels, sardine Napoleons and candied olives.”
