We have so many great people come to the EWBC each year, many of which are creators of innovative projects such as interactive websites, applications, organizations and more. However, as organizers of the EWBC, we consistently struggle in finding balance in the content we offer, the wines we taste and the time we’re allotted to play with in one weekend.

For this reason, we want to offer a new way to introduce yourself. If you have a product, project or service that you want highlighted, create a short video about it. Today is Wink Lorch from the Wine Travel Guides and João Rosé of Quinta do Infantado!

We suggested that everyone do a short informal video highlighting who you are and what you do. In return, we would post it on the EWBC site giving everyone a little sneak-peak of our attendees stretched around the globe. So far we have a total of 4 entries, which is a step in the right direction, but we need more!! We have over 200 participants from 30+ countries. With only 18 days left, give us a sneak peek of who you are!

Calling all Bloggers Associated with Food, Tech, Travel, Design, Wine…, the EWBC is for YOU!

Understandably, if you read our press release, or even glance at the title of the conference, you imagine the European Wine Blogger Conference is exclusively for wine bloggers. But allow me to make this absolutely clear, it’s NOT.

The EWBC is for anyone interested in learning more about the future of wine, social media and blogging, or who would like to network and brainstorm with a large group of wine bloggers.

Why would we push such a message? Simple, if we restrict ourselves exclusively to wine bloggers, we block out all of the creative and innovative juice streaming in from other fields. We lose the rich experience of a chef who’s found incredible ways to promote their cookbooks online, or a programmer who might be able to see and craft the ultimate wine blog tool we’ve all been waiting for. Wouldn’t you want their creative genius with us? I know we do!

Wine is enjoyed by everyone (or it should be), so everyone can add to the online discussion about wine and help build “The Social Wine Brand”.
